Okay I went to Victoria's Secret and they only had sizes AA-D. I have really big breasts 36 DDD and they didn't have my size. That doesn't make any sense at all, women with B or A cups don't need a bra, I think it's unfair that the store is like this. Most women are C up and up. The lady measured my body and said that I have a small waist and it would be really hard to find a bra because my body is very vouloupouts for my age.

Amen, Sister! I walk in there and feel like I'm in a room full of Barbie Doll clothing. But have you ever noticed that in there, the "C" cup even looks like a "AAA?" Eh well, I guess we'll just have to have ours specially made to fit us. That's the beauty of being beautiful....Love yourself, and don't worry. Barbie isn't all that anyway.

That's the secret in Victoria's Secret. Their clothes come in only very limited sizes. You can get pretty bras in your size in most department stores, though, and some of them are less expensive than the VS bras.

You should write to the company and complain. Or maybe start up a blog and get other voluptuous women to complain with you. If you're loud enough, VS just might hear you and do something about it. A woman your size certainly does need a bra.
Meanwhile might I suggest....Wal-Mart?

The answer to your question is this: They don't because they don't see a market for the product. It's up to you and people like you to show them the error of their ways.

Because those who buy from Victoria's Secrets are generally models with no breasts and too skinny. So, they deisgn the clothes according to customer's tastes and size.
