I had two favourite teachers, both male. One taught Art and the other taught English. The Art teacher was quite elderly, but really wise and kind. He never had any discipline issues because he just simply demanded respect. He was very clever. I wonder where he is now, or even if he's alive?
The other teacher was very young, good looking and over the top. He had some mad teaching ideas, and would often spontaneously break into poetry recitals. He was very passionate about his subject. Unfortunately, but maybe not unexpectedly, he committed suicide! A tragic loss to teaching in my opinion.

He was the best and the best looking....
He was my A-level sport teacher. There was a bit of a difference, I did my a-levels at 20, as I had my son at 17....
I took sport partly bcoz of him, and partly bcoz I do like sport, and I needed another easy-ish A-level!
He was quite easy to distract, we'd start on serious sport, then digress to chatting about last night's game, or the olympics etc... The classes were good fun, and he's often let us sit outside and "sunbathe while learning".
I had a short fling with him when he stopped being my teacher, after I left college.... It didn't last though - I found it really hard to call him by his name - nasty habit of calling him "sir" while playing pool, or having a drink in a bar - lol!
He he...

My primary five and seven teacher, she really pushed me and made me believe in myself, everyone used to tell me that i was really dumb and that i would never go to university or do a-levels, and i used to hate her for making me do extra work but now i really appreciate her for it cos i made it to university and got a 1st in my degree and 4 a-levels and now im going back to college and am working towards another going back to university to do another degree in either mental health nursing or social work. So i really proved them all wrong and i did mrs mc cann proud!

My primary teacher who use to give me gifts for working so hard.
He would scream at me and tell me of and when we were behind his cupboard door he would give it to me and tell me not to tell the other kids...
