Depends on what it is. Sometimes you need to see a doctor.

Sip ginger ale and drink a lot of water. Don't eat anything unless it's light like chicken soup. That works for me much better than pills.

hmmm there are several types of gastric problems you can try these tips:

1. Avoid excess milk. If any of the following foods are increasing your symptoms or distress, decrease their consumption or avoid them altogether: caffeine (coffee, chocolate, colas, tea), fried or fatty food, alcohol and mint. Sometimes, symptoms may also be exacerbated by tomatoes, citrus fruit, other acidic food, and food that is highly spiced .

2. Avoid smoking; nicotine stimulates acid reflux in the esophagus.

3. Eat smaller meals, with occasional snacks if you must.

4. Avoid Aspirin and anti- inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen. If you need pain relief, try acetaminophen (Tylenol) instead.

5. Raise the head of your bed six inches or so by propping up the legs of the bed with blocks; this will reduce reflux problems while you sleep.

6. Avoid eating right before going to bed.

7. Avoid clothes that fit tightly around the waist or abdomen.

8. If you are overweight, try to lose a few pounds! Excess weight can put pressure on the stomach which increases the risk of reflux.

hope this will work else consult your doc.
