cover it up with a bandage so it will look like you have broken arms. or if you do not like bandage wrapping your arm, put a hot compress so that the blood in your arm will start to circulate making your bruise look pale.

Personally I have added foundation and cover up stic with a little bronzer to the areas where I have had bruises and it does slightly work. If u are seriously bothered you can buy make up that is for birth marks etc and that will cover it. You should wear something that takes attention from it or really makeup ur eyes so they will be the thing that stands out
Good lUck

Fake Tattoo, its worked for me before, obviously depends on where the bruise is, but choose a stylish one, something a bit unusual maybe and make sure ya friends etc know its just a bit of fun, and bruise no longer seen for a week, giving it time to disappear tooo...also ya don't have to carry concealer around with ya all the time

try wearing a shrug, it its too hot then just cover up with some concealer. if the bruise is a bit more red brown than brown black try using a green concealer stick, it should give you a good base to work from.

A allover body tan would work. St. Tropez tanning lotion is very good and covers everything.
Or ask you pharmacist for special make up for the body.
They are thicker and offer more coverage than normal makeup for the face.

There is skin colored cover up cream by Cover Girl that works great...I use it to cover up a lot of things...meaning blemishes, bruises, scratches, etc.

Try something called DermaBlend, think you can get it from Chemists. Its used for people with burns and scars and completely covers it up.
