I've heard that hot water, with a hint of lemon and honey helps in weight reduction to a certain extent if taken every morning.

Ingredients: Lemon, honey
Instructions: An effective home remedy for weight loss is to drink a glass of lukewarm water with the juice from half a lemon and a of honey. It will help you lose weight without losing energy. Try doing this first thing in the morning. This weight loss remedy will also keep you regular!
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar
Instructions: Drink Apple Cider Vinegar. At least 2 tablespoons a day. Some mix it with water and honey. And others just drinks it in shots. Its up to you. Apple Cider Vinegar will balance your body's PH level. And when your PH level is balanced or alkaline, your body's metabolism will start working properly...allowing you to lose weight. (I'm sure you heard of the 'apple cider vinegar' diet.)
Ingredients: Grapefruit
Instructions: Eat 1/2 a grapefruit or drink 1/2 a cup of grapefruit juice with each meal.
Ingredients: Honey, water
Instructions: For weight loss, mix 1/2 teaspoon of honey with 1/2 cup of warm water. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Ingredients: Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions: Every morning drink a cup of water with 1 teaspoon lime juice. Do this for about 3-4 months and I guarantee you will lose some weight.
Ingredients: Honey, Castor oil
Instructions: For weight loss - mix 1/2 teaspoon of honey with 1/2 teaspoon of castor oil. Drink 2-3 times a day to loose weight.
Have a handful of nuts with some tea an hour or so before your meal to curb the appetite and help you lose weight.
For weight loss you should eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Avoid excessive quantities of meats, starches, or sugar. If you follow this remedy you will be successful in weight loss, and have better overall health.

No, although lemon is healthy and all there is no magic solution for weight loss you have to eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis

it depends on your approach, what would a lemon do if you consume 3000 calories, so better change your approach towards weight loss, might be "OKAY" but the best thing I experienced for myself is an herbal supplement "beyond weight management tea" of secretsoftea.com, I trust it but not blindly as I am doing a little more, sugary treats and fast food helps a drastic weight gain so i have left all these things since I started my journey.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

I dont think it helps per say, but add it to water and it tastes better. They say water fills you up so you eat less food. Also watch out with lemon because of the acid. it will eat the enamel off your teeth and cause damage.
