First of all I would need to know your body type. I would need to know if you have had children? I would need to know if you are diabetic? I would need to know what your occupation is? Then I could start to tell you what would be the best way to flatten your abdominal muscles. All those factors come into play! No one exercise will work for everyone. There are at least 40 different muscles to work with here, and it all depends on the person!

Hi
This simple plan can help you lose weight and tone up so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.

swim, ride horses, climb mountains, have sex in lots of different positions...if you don't have access to any of these mostly natural resources, then I highly suggest every single time you think about it, tighten your stomach muscles, hold it for 10-20 seconds, then release for about the same amount of time. Repeat until the co-worker that asks you if your constipated puts a box of stool softener on your desk, OR until you forget about it. When you remember you forgot, you will do some more, and you'll have a GREAT tummy in NO time!

I don't want to loose weight either, I'm already too thin... so to tone my stomach muscles I do a little, easy excerises everday but, not too much... or then I lose weight.
