the problem with attaining your goal is the time afterwards - all I ever wanted out of life was to be married and have children - I completed that at 18 so then what now I am 28 and I still dont know

Happiness is like an addiction... you want to hold it, keep it but won't last long, unless it would just have been there all along without noticing it. But most of the time it is with others.

Happiness is a state of mind, you can always be there. The question becomes, how do you continually evolve yourself?

True happiness is ignorance and ignorance is bliss so I'm not really sure how to obtain it, but I might already be there :)
