After reading all of the replies I'm here to tell you that everyone who named a wrestler past or present and said they have never cheated they were WRONG. If you've never seen Benoit cheat you are either too young to know or weren't watching long enough. The Radicals thrived on cheating as with any other stable and Benoit was in it. To tell you the truth, if a wrestler never cheated he would sooner or later become boring.
And yes I do like Benoit. He's a great technical wrestler.

I would go with Chris Benoit. During his matches, and especially at WrestleMania XX, you never saw him use a chair, sledgehammer, or any other kind of weapon to defeat anyone. The current champions (Edge, King Booker) have both cheated their way to the top. In wrestling, you have the good and the bad, and that's what is keeping people watching it, because those are the types that you love to hate.

no one in the WWE han't ever cheated to win. even in the current roster there's no one who hasn't cheated at least once to win. however sometimes cheating is very much appreciated by crowd. one the greatest cheaters who had always the crowd support would have to be the late great Eddie Guerrero.
