Actually it is considered normal. Not all men are created equal (quite the opposite), so while some guys have thick white semen, others have clearer (almost like water) sperm.
It does NOT mean you are sterile. I myself am "doomed" and "cursed" with the liquid-like clear (almost like water) semen and I went for many fertility tests with my wife, and the results always came back the same: my sperm was very healthy and very fertile. The fact it is not as thick nor as white as some other semen did not matter in this case. Actually, one of the last fetility tests I took, the doctor had actually mentionned that my semen was top notch material, and that the fertility problem in our couple was on my wife's side, not mine!
So don't listen to those who say you are shooting blanks. If you want a clear conscience, just go to the CLSC or hospital and get yourself a simple straightfoward fertility test. Ask your doctor first to schedule an appointment and maybe also give you a few pointers on hopw to prepare.

You can't tell if you're sterile by the color of your sperm. It would be easy if you could but you can't. What you're describing sounds like perfectly normal sperm to me. Don't worry.
