First we define the word 'such': 1. that particular kind or character, 2. being the person or thing indicated,

'as such' then means - as being what is indicated, in that capacity

Such refers back to something mentioned, meaning kind of ' like that'

It is commonly used in the negative. For example:

I apply for a job and am asked if I have any experience with that particular type of job. I might reply, "Well, not as such, but I have done similar things related to my role as a parent, or as a hobby" Which I'm hoping the employer will consider close enough.

When someone asks you "Is there any such thing as a stiplegink? "Such" means that fits that description.

World peace, as such, appears to be unattainable. First you have to define world peace.
About as meaningful as 'at this moment in time' - used by journalists paid be the word instead of 'now'

No it sn't you just have to go to your local library and find out what the term means their is probably a book on the englasih language o words and how they are used etc

It doesn't really have a meaning as such.
Someone who studied english will probably know what it's called, but it's used to express the meaning of 'almost but not quite'
