You can also buy an external USB tv tuner which is cheaper and much easier to install (wont have to pay for maintainace) I bought one for 35 dollars off the net.

Insert a TV tuner card, if your computer is capable of doing it. ATI makes a nice card available from Circuit City among other sites.

Install TV Tuner Card in your pc to view TV programmes on your PC, hire some hardware engineer to do so
