They are very Cheap now a days its very easy to host your site.
Approx 400 INR for Domain Name only
Buy a Paid Service That is less then amount of your montly Phone Bill.

Free domains? No such thing.

Well unless you get a .tk or .co.nr - these don't come with hosting
