No, traits (and stuff like that) are uncorrelated with race.
Differences in cultural, linguistic, religio-political and family unit characteristics are a result of socialization.

Yes there are. Certain ethnic groups, tribes, or what ever you wish to call them excel in certain traits. The Jews are very good businessmen, the blacks have many good qualities that are naturally better than others, the whites seem to be better at problem salving and creating things, etc. Other than that there is really none. Together we could make a wonderful world if we could just get along, alas that doesn't seem to be in the cards.

as a general rule of thumb, different blood lines do have a tendency to have higher abilities in certain areas, as well as lower abilities in other areas. For instance, dark haired germans usually have a nack for mechanical/electrical things while the blonde hair/blue eyed germans (the arians) are physically stronger but dumber than a box of owl crap.

Again, these are just general tendencies.
