I guess the ONLY reason you're asking the general public is to decide if it's something that warrants a trip to the doctor. Well YES, it is. It could be any number of things but the first thing that comes to mind is a sexually transmitted disease. Go get it checked out.

Go to doctor ASAP. As it seems like an urinal infection.Doctors advice is must otherwise it will become a big problem.

maybe you have an UTI (urinary tract infection) or Std bec.of the painful urination & feeling in your penis, consult a doctor for proper medications before its too late
