From my experience the best deals are from your current phone company. Every time I have looked around for a good deal and then called my phone company to initiate transfer of my number, they have always offered me a better deal than I would have got elsewhere.
If you already have a phone, pay as you go or contract, then call up your phone company, tell them your budget and ask them for the best deal they can offer you. You are usually better off knowing what other companies are offering as your phone company is likely to ask that and then try to better it.
Very often the best deals they have are never advertised.

Best deal I've ever had...T Mobile - Flext 35 I think it is
I received a free PDA phone, free sat nav software (worth £200), a car kit, earphones, etc, £180 worth of calls and/or texts per month for £25.00 per month AND web n walk (£7.00 per month for life!) - used to be on O2 with Carphone Warehouse as phone supplier and they were pants, support was appalling.
That's my experience anyway!!! Good luck (and if you find a better deal, you'll have to let me know!!!)

Internet. Seems to have pretty nice offers. Some even offer a personal computer if you sign up for 2 years.

definite, they very just about actually will be, yet most of the smaller chain shops might want to easily be opener shorter hours. a fashion of having a clue is that if the save opens for shorter hours on a Sunday, it will be open for those hours on economic company vacation journeys besides. satisfied procuring =)
