As the myth goes life starts getting good at forty b/c the kids are in college and things get relaxing but you need to look at things in this day and age life begins when you make it happen life goes on whether we are here or not so I feel you take it one day at a time and live it to it's fullest each and every day! Look you have people that are just giving birth at 40 now so I feel you take it one day at a time and live life like it's golden every day! I just turned 36yesterday and I am living just for the day b/c tomorrow is not promised!

Turning 40 meant nothing special for me. I do find, however, that as I get older I've become more confident in myself and am more comfortable making decisions that are best for me, not necessarily what other people tell me I should do. I also feel more comfortable when expressing myself. I can dress the way I want to and not be a slave to what others are wearing.

I'm going to be 40 in a couple weeks. I'm being optimistic that life will continue to get better after age 40.

sorry, you should forget that. many people die before the age of 40 and when u are 40 u got many desease already. so why u say life start 40. think again

Turned 40 years ago, and made me feel like crap. Though I'm still the same, and I feel like I'm 20, I really can't say anything bad, as long as I have my health.
