what is the display adapter mostly used in fujitsu fmv-5120?

because i have a friend whose laptop has a problem regarding its display adapter. She didn't know the name of her display adapter because she is not that good about computer systems (hardware and software, anything about computer) and i search in internet but i couldn't find it... i hope you can help me...^_^

It seems to be able to run as a generic VESA compatible SVGA adapter (800 x 600) Made in 1996.

Just curious, what is the Operating System?
