you won't find a powerful Oxidant in the nature since it will start a redox reaction. but the best think you can fine is Oxygen along with water ( it won't work in a 100% dry place)

I don't think there is such a word as oxidizer. The word i know is OXIDANT. that is any element that undergoes reduction in a redox reaction thus allowing the other element involved to undergo oxidation. Thus an oxidant is an element or group that gains electrons in the redox reduction.

The oxygen of the air -- oxygen also dissolves in sea water, that is why fish can breathe -- pretty much qualifies.
