Sorry can't tell u unless u tell ur weight!!!!!!!!1. But whatever u do don't go on a liquid diet cos it will harm ur body. Skip the carbs and eat salads, with grilled fish for lunch, and have a huge bowl of olain salad with mayb some tuna(very little of it). Have ur dinner by 7. N munch fruit late at night in case u feel hungry, provided it is not banana, chikoo or grapes.Exercise a lot. Do running on the treadmill(jogging). For an hour, followed by cardio n kickboxing. Swimming will also help a lot!!!!!!

It is not recommended that you try to lose weight in 2 days.
You may not get the results you want.

sorry u cant lose weight in just 2 days.. but if u want to lose weight u can try not eating carbs.. and just eat vegetables and fruits!! and exercise!!! and lose weight safely!!!

stop intaking salt in any form, ur stomach will become flat, and will also loose some weight. eat lot of fruits so that charm in ur face will not go.
