The point of the Bulk folder is to receive all the junk e-mail and avoid the SPAM to reach your Inbox. With out the bulk folder all the SPAM that you see in there would be in your Inbox.
If your bulk folder is full of SPAM it means it is working!
The messages in the Bulk folder get deleted automatically after a few days, so you have the chance to verify that you don’t have any wanted message in there.
What you can do is change the configuration of your Bulk folder so the messages get deleted more frequently

That is the whole point of the bulk folder. What you can do if you find it is from the same source is to report it as spam or junk mail and block them.
Do not get rid of the bulk mail facility or you may wish you never did.

You can stop getting unwanted mails by blocking senders of such Mail. You can do so by following these steps:
1) Click on Options in your Mail window.
2) Click on Block addresses.
3) Add the E_Mail address from whom you do not want to
receive Mail and click on Add block.
All the mails from the E_Mail addresses included in the Block Addres will be automtically deleted and will not come in your
Bulk or Inbox folders.

Never click on "unsubscribe" links in spam email -- they're phoney as well. All that does it alert the sender that he's found a valid email address, and your spam will increase. The best way is to automatically route all incoming email to your junk folder unless the sender is in your address list, and set your email program to automatically empty your junk folder when you exit.

Try a better spam blocker for your email, there are several out there, check with your ISP about other blockers that are available for your email account.

When you view each message, it'll ask you if you want to unsubscribe from future emails from this sender, and it'll direct you to click on the link. That should take care of it.
