Better you should ask your system Admin.
If he do not wish you Could not View a Site.
If your System Admin is a a guy who justed passed his Certification then you may kick him
Most Common Way is to stop certain sites By Admin is they use internet Explorer Settings
If you Don't know how to reset then Don't do this Simply use Another Browser Like The Best FIREFOX or OPERA
Both are Recommended
But in case your Admin is smart one he will do Some Different Way then No browser will help you.
Pray you God then your Admin Must be a Child.
Hey Don't Disturb any Big guy he will Remove your rights and you will be in Great trouble then now

I assume you are using a proxy server to share the internet connection at your office.
What happened is that someone configured a service at that proxy server and made a list of all sites and file extensions that must not be viewed.
So whatever file or site you want to view, it must first be filtered and verified by that server and if it is part of the banned list, you will be given a 'Accessed Denied' Message.
What you have to do is to go to that server and stop that service.
If it is a Linux server, type this command:
"service stop dansguardian"
But still, your IT administrator will catch it soon. So the best way would be to talk to him/her and tell her to stop the srvice

Big Brother is watching. Even if you could use a proxy to get to anther website, it would leave a trail that would come back to you. I'm not saying that if you use a personal laptop that was not part of the LAN that the settings would prevent it from reaching the website. Best do that type of surfing outside of work.

Trying that and getting caught will get you fired. Network administrators can see any website you're accessing while using the network. Save the porn sites for home.
