I am a number 2. I only do that with someone who I know for a while and we are monogamous, and I use a condom if I go out to clubs, cause ewww, that invites soo many diseases in your bed if you don't, you don't know that one night stand very well, they could be sooooo nasty

I rarely come to the point where I want to try barebacking. I'd just assume use the condom. If a couple has been together for a while and they tested - all the more power to them.
