I would say not officialy yet. But when all the super powers are at war then you could say Third world war then.

Hmm, the third world war specifically referenced a NATO versus Warsaw Pact conflict. I would hardly call the shooting of terrorists a third world war, since we are not at war with any countries technically and it only involves limited fighting in the grand scheme of things.

hey pal...you need to wake up and realize that the U.S. government is as corrupt as any third world country on the planet. We built most of their governments and then call them incorrigible and then invade their country to over throw the people we financed. We provide the weapons and the accuse them of war crimes. The 3rd world war ? We are the most hated people on the planet thanks to people like the Bush family. For three generations , these crooks have brought damage , death and destruction to the American people. Look up : JFK II- The Bush Connection and do some research on 9-11 pal before you call people of intelligence a part of the uneducated liberals. The war on terror cannot be the third world war because there is no "terrorist country", and for every terrorist in Palestine, Iraq, and Afghanistan, there are at least 2 innocent civilians.

we are not even close , you know most big wars happens between two civilized people . Just these wars nowadays will end the terrorism all over the world , then the world rests peacfully , then the world rebuilds itself again , then people will try to control each other , then they will nuk. them selves down !! and that will be the end i guess .... :( ?
