I'm actually interested to buy complete Manga of it but they sy there are hidden charges when they deliver, how much do thet actually add for the additional charges?

It is safe. You're talking about shipping charges? A seller cannot "hide" charges. They can't quote one price and then charge another after you've won. Most state their shipping charges on the listing. If they don't you can always contact them before you bid and ask what the shipping charge is. If they refuse to tell you, don't bid. Make sure that you know what the total amount would be before you bid. If they try to add charges after you've won, you can file a report against them with Ebay. That's pretty rare though. Most sellers are reputable. I've been on Ebay, buying and selling for 4 years and I've never had a problem.

Ebay is definately safe, Ä°'ve used it tonnes of times, just be sure you sign up with Paypal.com before you buy because most buyers prefer paypal.

I have some experience with www.budplant.com. They are not exclusively Manga but they are reasonably priced and trustworthy.

yep... you can trust that site.. although i haven't tried buying something through internet, i guarantee you that ebay is safe based on what i've researched about that site.... you can try amazon.com...
