you know they just cause people to not want to chat so why allow bots in chat rooms cant you stop them from using the chats it would make alot of people happy if you would

Since yahoo provides a free chat they don't really watch who is chatting where.. it bit them in the butt a year or so ago (its why you dont see private rooms any more) But pretty much all a bot needs is a human to enter the "encryption" word and they they program the bot to repeat ads.. its basically chat spam..

bot are in chat room's to get you to go to there website and get you to sign up using your credit card number dont go there keep your credit card for you not them and the best thing to do is when you see a bot in chat is to put it on ignore that is the power of chat btw i dont go to chat room at all i stop on Q&A

Usually it's to try to get you to go to some website. I remember chatting with someone and at first I thought for sure she was a bot! It sorta pissed her off at first. LOL!!!
