my 2c,
I'd do a whole body workout first, including high-intensity aerobic stuff like rowing machine/cycling/running. Highly recommend swimming, too. This will burn fat, from everywhere.
Then, be sure to finish off with a ton of abdominal exercises. crunches, obliques, leg lifts/throws - each of these hits a different part of your stomach. Any and every ab exercise - whatever is really hard. Don't forget to balance the front by strengthening your back, by doing some back extensions or "supermans".

One easy way you can do even when you're sitting facing your computer. That is squeezing your tummy with your stomach mussels for 10 times and repeatedly doing it every day, each session 10 times.
