but if you mean foam then the foam actually changes colour. but if you are using bubble bath that doesnt change colour then the colour is very weak and it gets mixed in the water and the water has a way bigger ratio so hides the colouring. scientifically its to do with colouring because white is a mixture of every colour (that is why the bubbles have a thin rainbow layer) and its to do with wavelengths.. but im not a scientist

The bubbles reflect all colours of light- if you look closly at a bubble, you can see an oily ripple, with different colours in. All the colours add together to look white.

it's because the bubbles relect all the colours of the rainbow which are the colours that make white light when put toghther as light rays!!!

The foam scatters the light. A roughly equal mix of wavelengths will give white light.
