why do when i attempt to join a room it always says "this request was refused"??

i registered another yahoo account to try if it will work but it doesnt...but my other friends doesnt encounter any of these problems...please help me...i want to chat and to chat...thankzz

but this is the first time that i will use it in a messenger..coz i only use this for e-mailing my friends...

Maybe people have reported you for abuse. Maybe you chat too much and you were like everywhere in the chatrooms previously. *lol*

This has happened to me and put me off chatrooms.
