Women are absolutely interested in seeing another girl's breasts. Women are extremely competitive and insecure.
However, due to the competitiveness and insecurity, they often don't want to be seen comparing breasts, ESPECIALLY if there are men around, because they feel the men are comparing the subject breasts to their own.

seriously, i believe it depends on the girl in question. it's not fair to say 'most girls' because 'most' to me is different than 'most' to you. as a girl, i tell you honestly that i like seeing other girl's breasts. i like the female body...keep in mind though, that while i look, i don't touch. i also know several of my female friends like to see other girls breasts, but that is a small sampling of the female population...

Do you look at other guys breasts? They are just there. With Chicks I think that they are size conscience like guys are with their packages.

No. If they do its only to see who has the bigger chest. Even then most prefer to look at the bra rather than the actual person.

well me myself i have no desire what so ever to see another girls breasts!
And i don't think many other woman would either

I look at nipple size. I think huge nips are kinda ugly..sorry large nipped girls.
