Well when your using Yahoo mail and you hit the spam button it automatically deletes it and puts the sender on your blocked email list. So you shouldn't be getting emails from them anymore. Usually though if you are getting a lot of spam it is because of something your doing. Either its a web site your going to or something else. No you can not take any legal actions though.

Spam comes from a lot of the companies where you've gone and clicked on things, asked for things such as free coupons and things like that. Or you've gone to one of those freebie sites (which I can never understand since there's really nothing free out there without doing a bunch of other stuff or paying for something different). At the bottom of each spam mail there's a link that says "remove me" click on that and tell the company to remove you from their emailing list. It usually takes between 12-48 hours and they remove you. Everyone gets them so no there's no "legal action" you can take.
