Because they've been taught to think of them as naughty and taboo, thus they want it more. It's like a child being told to stay away from the cookie jar because it's bad... the child will want to get to that cookie jar so bad, he'll risk injury to do so.
Same thing with women's breasts.

No apparantly this pre-dates back to aincient times, when cave men had intercourse with women (in the dog position) and it's a matter of evolution, the breast remind us of the rear.

because you cant see them anytime you want.(unless ur a porno perv) anytime to look could be ur last for a year. like in some 3rd world countries women dont conceile them so men arnt running all over the place looking at them because they see them all day.
