depends upon how tall you are
my daughter has 2 friends that wear a size 1in pants. one friend is only 4'10 but her other friend is 5'6.
both of these girls look cute in different bodies but wear the same size, so it is hard to say which one is better

size 13 in jr isn't fat nor heavy, it would be considered healthy. which is just right

Depends on alot of factors, ask your doctor. I'd be more worried about if you're healthy or not.
