Why do so many straight men have a problem with gay men but get so turned on by lesbians?

Good question! You're quite right too. I did some voluntary work for an aids charity and was amazed at the way gay men were treated as opposed to gay women! It was as though the fact they were males made them worse than females.

My partner is relatively open minded and tells me he doesn't know why he is like that! I do have a few gay friends and he has no problem with them, gets on well with them if he cannot bear to see them have a hug or a kiss. He always turns his away, or finds something to do elsewhere yet of all ... We watched a movie one night and he aw two girls kissing. That didn't put him off!

So i don't know if it is to do with their mind, the fact they simply cannot accept that males can have other sexual preferences but they don't like it. Yet of all ... Gay men same as gay women wouldn't make any advances to anyone they know is straight! So it makes no sense to me neither. Besides they're as chhosy when it comes to their partners as we are so .... I can't understand!!!

First of all, Lets think shallow.

Robin Williams once said," God made man with enough blood fllow to go to his head or his penus but not both."

If we go just for the lust impulse, a straight guy is interested in women, the prettier, the better. All guys are interested in sex, and some don't care if there is a relationship involved. A lesbian, even though she may be interested in a woman, still has the appropriate body parts to cause a male to be interested.

Shallow Hal would like to have sex with her. 1. Tab A fits in slot A wither or not slot A desires tab A. 2. Most guys are egocentrical enough to have the fantasy that sex with them was so good that they could turn a lesbian straight. 3. If two girls are going after it, not only do they not have to worry about foreplay, but there is a chance it could turn into a threesome, the holy grail of the jock mentality. To put it in a nut shell, it is never about the wants and needs of the woman, but of the guy.

If you are looking to weed out people that won't make good family men, then this is the question to ask.

All men want what they cannot have...including lesbians. The majority of men are probably not even homophobic at all but they fear that their mates will accuse them of being gay if they were to admit that they didn't have a problem with gays so they act all macho as a cover up.

It's very simple... When they think of what the gay men do in bed they feel offended, disgusted etc. But when they see two beautiful lesbians they feel anxious to engage sexual relations with them. 1 is good. 2 are always better.

I don't have a problem with Gay men but to me it would be unnatural to play with my *** or let another bloke have a go. But being a straight man I am attracted to women and if you double the amount of women in the equation well it makes sense that the whole situation is gonna be fun!
PS I'm happy in a relationship so I would nt be in that situation I'm just talking hypothetically.

My ex used to watch lesbian porn all the time, used to drive me crazy, yet he would jump at the chance to criticise homosexuality! I could never understand. Two woman or to men is it not the same thing?

Because guys see themselves with the lesbians, it's hot. (as unrealistic as that seems)

And guys don't want to invisage gay men, because it's not sexually appealing to a straight guy.
