Don't do it....office romances are almost always a disaster. If things go bad, you'll both have to work with each other every day, which will lead to conflict. Also, in this modern day and age, sexual harassment is a hazard, which would further complicate things.
If you really care for this person, seriously take some time before you commit...it could save you a lot of grief.

I recommend on the copy machine, although storage closets work quite well. If you are really bold, try the elevator. Jam it first. If you push the emergency button, you must be quick before responders arrive.
