Buy the movie on eBay or Amazon. It's well worth the money in my opinion.

You can't use the internet without downloading anything. Everything you do on the internet involves the transfer of packets to and from your computer. If what you mean is that you want to download copyrighted works and that you don't want to download any additional programs such as peer to peer clients then I'm afraid you are out of luck. If those things were hosted on a public server though http or ftp then the owner of that server would surely be sued by the copyright holders and forced to remove their works. If what you want is to buy the movie from an online marketplace, then amazon more than likely has it. If your not into amazon then most brick and mortar stores also has an online presence.

Even if you found a streaming site, you would probably need to download a plug in or other player. If you have a fast enough connection to stream a whole movie, then you have a fast enough one to download it.
They only way to truely find it online, without downloading anything is to go to Amazon and order the dvd.
Youtube has banned all full length movies. Even if there's something up now, it won't be there long. Plus you're still downloading a bunch of temp stuff in the background to support the buffering and such.
Face it. No such thing as free and easy.
