you need internal treatment first. start taking daily 2 tablets of gandhak rasayan and triphala.use good srub on your face.

dont belive damn jessica simpson and that crap she advertieses on tv... IT DOES NOT WORK... nor does any of that other crap like natures cure or the oxy wipes.... i have been to 3 different dermentologists about acne and this is what i have learned from all of them.... differin gel (by prescription only) is great for getting rid of blemishes that are currently there... you should wash your face with Dove soap (the white kind only) when you have a pimple DONT POP IT if you can help it... that will only create problems with scaring further down the road.... if you cannot afford a visit to the dermotolgist then the best stuff that i have found that is over the counter is Clearasil Vanishing Cream... not the 3 day solution..... keep your hand away from your face and watch your sugar intake.... the dark marks that you have will fade in time.... but scaring wont.... if you want to try to get the dark marks to go away faster i believe there is a specail cream that you can buy for that.... that is about the only thing that i have not used so i dont know how it works.... good luck!

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
