According to the read me file it states:
You will need to EMULATE it using DEAMON TOOLS or any other
emulator compatible with the ISO format. If you use DEAMON TOOLS
it's just open the AG2.ISO file with it and it will auto run.
**** ALTHOUGHT WINRAR CAN OPEN AG2.ISO FILE, YOU MUST EMULATE
OR BURN IT, IF YOU UNCOMPRESS THE .ISO FILE WITH WINRAR THE
INSTALL WILL NOT WORK.
I have downloaded deamon tool along with many other emulating programs many times and it still wouldn't play.
it keeps wanting to go through winrar, however the other ones won't even load it.
If you can please tell me a program that might or what I'm doing wrong I'd appreciate it.

im assuming you have burnt the game onto CD already. if the program is still causing you problems, try Alcohol 120%.. its what most of my mates use.

Extract it down to as much as it goes in winrar. YOu may have to do it a few times. Once extracted, dont use crappy daemon tools, use Alcohol 120%, its muuuuch better. Then just load ROM and emulate and then install the game! Good Luck

Generally fake downloads in the name of a game is increasing. I tink the game download must be fake.
Otherwise I advise you to update your computer and the deamon programme and than try the instructions again
