I would take a test, honey. Yes its possible you may be pregnant, especially if you're not taking precautions. Exhaustion and sleeping a lot are symptoms of pregnancy for the first ten weeks or so but they're also symptoms of other things too. Find out if you're pregnant or not. If you are, get plenty of rest and eat well. If you're not go see your doctor for some other tests. It could be something really simple like a vitamin deficiency or something a bit more serious that needs catching early. I wouldn't be too alarmed though, many of us feel this way sometimes and its usually something very simple and treatable.

Pregnant I don't know, but I am pretty sure it's your food consumption. You're not eating the right food to give you energy throughout the day. Eat more green vegtables, spinach, lettuce, asparagus etc. And they will give you a more steady level of energy as the day goes by. The wrong foods, or junk food like chocolate, gives you a boost of energy for a little while, but you "Sugar Crash" in a matter of minutes. I feel the same way sometimes and I know alot of people who feel that way to, there could be other possibilites, maybe. So good luck.

Could be a multitude of things.

The fact that you asked if you may be pregant brings me to the conclustion that you might hink you are...

The best thing for you to do is get a full physical exam by your family doctor or gynocologist. Your symtoms are too hard to diagnose over a yahoo question.

Possibly mononucleosis...thats the symptoms. If it is don't worry it's not rare just see a doctor. It is generally caught from kissing people that may have caught mono or sharing drinks with others. Possibly even a borderline diabetic? Or maybe your just plain burning yourself out from activites.
