I'm sorry but all of these answers sound fake. These answers sound like I have to be overly submissive to all of his needs. What if he is a total jerk and I feel like I am being too nice?

I give up! I can't treat men like that; they end up being mean to me. I have tried being nice and it don't work for me. If I give an inch they will take a mile.

A woman should not have to earn respect from a man.
Men should respect all women . If they know them or not.
As for love I personally don't believe someone can earn love

First of all you have to learn to respect and love yourself - sometimes when you meet the right person, this just automatically kicks in, and this I speak from experience.
Always make sure that your words and actions come straight from the heart - you can never go wrong. Besides, if you're a fake, it will show through eventually.
Treat him like a king, and he'll treat you like a Goddess - just don't become a doormat.

Be honest, be yourself and show that you care!
About your details, if being yourself doesn't include showing a person that you are your own person too, than that is your own problem. Nobody elses answer here being the problem in that case. Playing any type of power game with a person as you are suggesting will never result in a good relationship! Weather it be with friends, family or a lover.

Keep your legs close tell marriage, cause no matter what guy you get with if you give it up soon he'll wonder who else and how many others you did this with, trust me, as for as the love, respect him and let him know he will be your king, if he treats you as the queen, plus treat him the way he wants to be treated,every guy is different. I think every woman should be submissive to his man or huz and a woman should not depend on his guy all the time. You should also do whatever he commands you to do if it is possible to u.
