Im going to try to be relative.
My Son was born 8weeks early. He was 4 pounds at birth. Doctors said if He was full term he would have been around 7pounds....
I remember my wifes Gyno saying that Baby can gain a lot of weight in the last trimester of pregnancy. IN my sons case, Theoretically 3 pounds.

Baby typically gains 1/2 ounce per week in the last trimester.

Babies gain about 1/2lb a week for the rest of the pregnancy. You won't necessarily go another 6 weeks and even though they give the estimate, baby could be bigger or smaller.
