She lies. I know. If I confront or ask explanations more lies follow. She feels cornered which makes me sad, because I love her. I usually play along the innocent man and accept and sigh in a resigned manner. Should I confront or play along?

I assume you're talking about serious lies, not minor stuff (Honey, why dishes are still dirty? Oh, sorry, I had a headache. Not that stuff.)
Confront her. At least, put her on notice that you know you're been lied to and this is unacceptible for the two loving people. See what she say to say.

hey man, nobody likes being confronted. Trust me i noe. i hate being asked questions that i noe i dun feel like telling the truth to. i noe a lot of people's telling you to confront her and all but slowly man. the more you interrogate her the further she'll go away from you. Love her more man, tell her things like you'll love her no matter what and even if she does wrong you'll still love her. doing little actions by actions showing that you love her. be patient and soon enough she'll feel so guilty about how much you're loving her and all she'll soon confess to you. remember. be patient

What is she lying about? You should confront her. You are in an unhealthy relationship. You are eating up everything without saying anything. One day you will end up in deep depression. Do it now before it is too late. If she loves you she will tell you everything and tell u the truth. Good luck

you should get out now!! I've experienced it before and if you think about it why would she lie? she either has a drug problem or she is doing something that isn't withen the boundary's of the relationship, or, she is just flat out a compulsive habitual liar. either way ,it's wrong and it will not get better!! just worse!!

if she's not lyin to u like my ex did. saying she was in an accident--stuff like that u may be able to get thru it jus talk to her. some ppl can't help it tho so if it continues and is a problem jus drop her off in the woods somewhere...jk---jus get rid of her
