a letter is stuck. it remains in the pressed position, and won't go back to the position that the other keys are. any suggestions? it's a keyboard that came with my pc purchase.

i was thinking of popping out the letter and see what the h is going on. would that solve my problem? or should i dump it?

is it a desktop full size keyboard or laptop keyboard?
if it is a full size get a camera take a picture of the keyboard and then with a nail file gentle lift that key up off the board and clean that key and the bottom of it and anything you can on the other borard side only a cue tip no water really unless it is sealled off from electronics and then place the key back in place and gentle push down till it snaps back in place.

Try using ur pen or pencil to lift up the key .It works for me!
