Did you know that beer in a green bottle is usually skunked? Green bottles should be exposed to light no more than two times and since most package stores have lights in the cooler its usually bad before you even buy it! Clear bottles are not so good either, brown is the best. So remember when you buy a beer make sure its in a brown bottle. Cheers!

I am learning to drink coffee without sugar added.

the chemical in your eye that allows you to see at night is called rhodopsin. It is killed by ultra violet light. That is why after about 20-30 minutes in the dark you can see better, the rhodopsin has regenerated.
