I do. I use it a lot in my English class while writing an essay. The pronoun who, in the English language, is the interrogative and relative pronoun that is used to refer to human beings and some animals perceived as sentient.
The corresponding interrogative pronouns for non-sentient beings are what and which, and the relative pronouns are that and which, though that and which are sometimes used in contexts where who might be a more suitable choice.

I use this word often.
Example; To whom it may concern,
Whom might you be, Whom, may I ask is that for, From whom is that from, Whom do you think you are?
I can just go on and on and on....

I use it all the time.
Here's a short Who/Whom lesson:
"Who is she?" - in this sentence WHO is the subject.
"To whom are you referring?"- in this sentence WHOM is the object of the preposition TO.
in short- Who=subject
Whom=object of preposition
p.s: "to whom are you speaking to?" is bad grammar. The second 'to' is redundant. Just say "to whom are you speaking?".
