Look @ Dancing with the Stars next month--I do not think Emit Smith will dance well he is to big....

THE BOTTOM LINE: You have to get physical to learn not sitting in a chair looking @ a monitor...

I would say that sitting at your computer is not the way to achieve that end. Take some dance classes. In the physical world.
