What is the best and easiest Small Business software?

I need a software that can tie in everything in one package from inventory to invoicing to billing etc... Also one that can generate specific reports.

intuit makes a software package called quickbooks. i've used it many times in helping my clients. depending on what kind of business you have and how large it is, it may set you back $200 to $500.
