Easiest Explanation for simultaneous bounce would be called a bra.

But also remember bounce is due to shock, and most of the time shock isn't direct at the 'udders' but travels through the body via the feet. Therefore it hits the 'udders' at around the same time, therefore the near simultaneous bounce, even without support.

Birds do not have udders as they do not produce milk to feed their young which do not drink milk. I don't know where you got this from myself.
Now I am wondering if you are talking about a female. I do know that women in England are refered to as such a name as Bird. If this is the case I would imagine that gravity has some part in the answer.

All the birds I know have synchronised bounces - perhaps they get out of sync if they are silicone especially if the surgeon places them in slightly different positions.
