sounds odd, but here it is... open up a can of pumpkin and eat some of it, you don't have to warm it up but it seems to help the taste, it should help almost immediately, at least within a day or so, probably within a few hours. You could try some canned sweet potatoes as well, just don't over do it as far as more eating goes until you get some relief. good luck

oh god pls dont push too hard try having 2 bananas a day and when u get up in the morning try to have a glass of water it will help a lot

take some laxatives (you can probably find some at the pharmacy, sometimes they sell chocolate laxatives that actually taste good and are good eats even when you don't need it as long as you don't eat it all at once)... and eat some of that cereal with fiber in it to keep it from happening

eat some prunes, or take some laxatives, or eat some cereal with bran in them. and try not to strain too hard you don't want to hurt your self or want anything to happen bad! so take it easy.

you've got constipation problem.. dont put too much of pressure... eat lots of green leafy vegetables n loads of curd everyday.. eating spinach would help a lot..
