how can I turn off the option where yahoo answers stops sending me email for people answering my question?

in the ask section, go to bottom and remove the checkmark for replies.

that option is available when you are asking the question. As I opt not to receive email updates about answers. Don't know else.

When you ask a question uncheck the box that says email me every time my question is answered.

When you ask a question it's right at the bottom mate, right at the bottom.
