This gurl in my class sent e-mails from my account and they were bad things and my friends thinks it was me so he is mad at me.

that happened to me,some jerk got into a friends account and sent horrible emails to me and like an idiot i believed them.Until i sat down and thought about it,if ur friends r really ur friends and know and love u they wont believe them,trust me.Good luck

I don't think there are technical ways of proving it wasn't you who sent them. You will have to try and convince your friend in words that it wasn't you.
Consider changing the account. Definitely change the password, if that girl had the password to your account.
